Frank Walton (British 1840-1928) Landscape and coastal painter. Exhibited at the Royal Academy from 1862. He was elected to the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolors in 1882. He was also a member of the Royal Society of British Artists, and President of the Institute of Oil Painters. He died at Holmbury St. Mary, Near Dorking, Surrey, England.
