"Le Jardin Des Coptes", or French for "The Garden of Coptes" depicts the flora and fauna of ancient civilizations hatched pattern knotted and tied into a realistic bow. Handcrafted in France to the highest luxury standards, Hermès scarves are true wearable pieces of art that take 18 months to create from start to finish with over 750 artisan hours into each scarf design. This extremely popular and highly sought after design was made by famous Hermès designer Bourthoumieux Toutsy who was responsible for many iconic designs such as "La Vie à Cheval" and "Aloha". Originally issued in 2004, the design of the "Le Jardin Des Coptes" was inspired by iconic floral designs against a more structured background.
