Hermès "Les Plaisirs Du Froid" Silk Scarf by Joachim Metz circa 1989. "Les Tambours", or french for drums, was designed by Joachim Metz and was originally issued in 1989. The design of the "Les Tambours" depicts drums used by the battalion drummers, who were part of the Imperial Guard under Napoleon III in the Mid 18th century. In addition, the drum itself is an etching from the personal collection of Émile Hermès. Beautiful hunter green colorway, excellent condition with hand-rolled edges.
