Vintage Louis Vuitton Large Folding Garment Monogram Luggage, circa 1970. This rare vintage garment bag comes in the classic Louis Vuitton Monogram canvas with a brand new rolled top vachetta handle, original vachetta pipping, buckle lock closures on each side, four attached wheels for easy rolling as well as original brass hook that closes the entirety of the bag. Plenty of internal storage with three zipped compartments including main garment zipped closure. Originally designed as a more practical travel alternative to the iconic Louis Vuitton trunk, this garment bag was made to carry five suits as well as shoes and other clothing essentials. This garment bag is in good vintage condition with wear to vachetta and hardware. Vachetta top handle has been replaced by Louis Vuitton.
