Louis Vuitton Damier Azur Speedy 30 Top Handle Bag, France 2010. This iconic speedy was first introduced in the 1930's and was designed as an alternative for the larger "Keepall" bag per Audrey Hepburns request. Louis Vuittons newest edition was originally referred to as the "express bag" measuring at what would later become the most popular size at "30cm" long. Damier Azur, which was originally introduced in 1889 and is one of the longest running patterns made by Louis Vuitton that is still in production today. This specific speedy was handcrafted from premium Damier Azur canvas leather in France, January 2010 with a matching beige lined interior, natural leather vachetta piping and adorning brushed gold hardware. Bag is in great gently used condition with minimal signs of use that are mainly concentrated to interior. Comes with certificate of authenticity. Condition: GRADE - 2.5. Bag is in great gently used condition with majority of wear concentrated to interior of bag. Exterior damier canvas is free of any scratches, cracks or stains. Vachetta handles show slight darkening that occurs naturally over time with zipper and zipper pull in excellent condition. There are some light blue pen marks to the interior flap slip pocket as well as base of the bag that measure each less than 1cm. Comes with original lock and certificate of authenticity.
